We are seeking an eCommerce expert with understanding of eCommerce channel andd the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. This is a hands-on position responsible for the management and growth of our brands (Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, etc.) on key accounts like Healthkart, Nutrabay, Nykaa, TATA 1MG, Big Basket, Netmeds, Jiomart etc. The role will identify and assess the right opportunities in expanding GPN brands online footprint, whilst optimizing assortment, stock plan, and maximizing overall profitability and acquiring firsthand consumer insights.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Key eCom accounts across multiple sports nutrition categories to drive JBPs, deliver topline and continue to be the category leader
- Directly work with our national distributor team to ensure delivery of pre-aligned KPIs
- Monitor & drive key metrics like On-Shelf Availability, Market Share, SoV on platform
- Plan & execute consumer promotions during Big Events like Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali etc
- Track competition activities for every market and submit as part of Monthly Business Review
- To achieve account level Sell-Outs & Sell-Thru and annual budgets
- Partner with internal marketing team to drive discoverability, content optimisation, catalogue enhancement
- Identify growth opportunities through in-depth understanding of consumer insights, shared by the accounts
- Deliver ROI/ ROAS targets by efficiently managing marketing & trade promotion spends
The Skills you will bring to the team
- 2+ years e-commerce experience specialising in consumer goods with MBA from Tier I or Tier II Business schools
- Hands on experience in working with Amazon, Flipkart or similar eCom partners preferably in India
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate his/her ideas/thoughts and drive support and alignment of key stakeholders
- Effective collaboration and partnership skills with both internal and external customers
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
