Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant IT Manager at Benita Industries Ltd in Hyderabad. As an Assistant IT Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the IT Manager in managing the company's IT systems and infrastructure. You will collaborate with various teams to identify and implement IT solutions, provide technical support to employees, monitor system performance, and ensure data security. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

- Install and configure server (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016 R2)
- Windows Server administration and maintenance including Active Directory, Group Policy 2016 server.
- G- Suite Domain Maintenance.
- New E-Mail IDs Creation, Deactivation, Reset passwords & e-mails backup.
- fortigate firewall & Cisco Firewall maintenance.
- Create and maintain Domain server.
- Creating users and groups in active directory & Assign groups to users.
- Creating security policies in GPO.
- Installation all Windows Operating Systems & Good knowledge of XP, Vista, Win7, Win8, Win 10 & Win11Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
- Installing of Hardware Driver's and Software's (Antivirus software).
- Maintaining LAN/WAN/Wireless Network Devices.
- Assembling and Disassembling of Hardware components.
- Handling all Desktops and Laptops.
- PC Maintenance and Networking Troubleshooting.
- Assisting Users having problems, Data backup and restoration, problem determination.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting Desktop / Laptops Managing backup and recovery.
- Outlook 2007,2011,2013,2016 configuration and ratify the outlook problems.
- Tally, ERP Configuration & Support.
- Handling all the Laser Printers problems. All Wireless router configurations
- Configuration DNS, DHCP, TCP/TP, IPs, SMTP, IMAP and POP3.
Extensive Experience in Open lab Server 2.3
Work/Trouble Shooting Experience with Waters, Agilent Instruments.
LIMS Maintenance.(Laboratory Information Management System)
Installation and setup of routers and switches.
Responsible for troubleshooting of networking equipment across multiple sites.
Routing Protocol Configurations.
Strong knowledge of network hardware including servers, routers, and other computer devices.
Scheduled, coordinated and deployed server updates and preventative maintenance with limited downtime. Expert in network security protocols, anti-virus and firewall configuration.
Proven ability to integrate old systems and databases with new software applications and advanced technology.
Provided escalated IT support including hardware troubleshooting, backup and recovery, email communication and application support.
- Setup and maintained LAN connectivity and wireless networks.
- Diagnosed and resolved all network related issues.
- Created and made changes to end user accounts.
- Configured end user devices such as laptops/desktops, printers, and shared office equipment.
