Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

Role Description

• Lead & manage a team of Supervisors and Technicians.
• Assist in managing elevator installation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor project progress.
• Ensure timely procurement and supply of materials and equipment.

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role (assistant manager or equivalent) within the elevator installation.

Total Experience Required: 4 to 6 years
