Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day administrative tasks for IM Delivery Centre India (IDCI). Provide administrative and office support to all the employees of the IDCI.
- Work with our Travel partners in managing travel logistics and activities, including Visa assistance, accommodations, transportation, and meals in line with organizations policies and procedures.
- Facilitate in smooth travel preparations for our overseas guests & counterparts visiting IDCI.
- Assist with travel expense management as per company policies as a local key user.
- Align, liaison and collaborate within the function (IM Teams other than India) and other support functions like HR, WSSC/ local finance & Admin to define, refine and continuous improvement.
- Support project billings and admin billings activities.
- Assist in new employee onboarding with needed logistical support as we'll as taking care of the administration related activities.
- Organize team communications and assist in planning events, both internal and off-sites.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
