Ensures timely disbursement of offer intent letters preemployment formalities appointment confirmation and role enhancement letters to the employees concerned
Assists the Human resources head in identifying various strategies to retain talent within the company to minimise attrition especially frontline
Assists the Human resources head in identifying developing strategies to increase gender diversity at the hotel level attain the targets communicated
Ensures that an employees entry and exit formalities are followed as per the laid down processes
Assists the Human resources head in implementing monitoring performance management systems and processes for Executives Staff employees at the hotel level
Follow up and update the HR head on the status of Quarterly Chats QChats as per the process
Tracks and ensures timely closure of appraisals of stafflevel employees
Assists the Human resources head in conducting the annual payroll budget exercise
Communicates various benefits applicable to various cadres of employees during the onboardingtalent acquisition process
Adheres to the provisions laid out in the benefits manual staff policies procedures manual handbook
Administers monthly salaries and benefits promptly
Ensures all claimsreimbursements related to various benefits are checked and verified before obtaining a signoff from the HR head
Assists the HR head in administering disciplinary procedures in accordance with the policies in case of any misconduct acts of negligence acts of moral turpitude etc
Adherence to various provisions under various legislations of the UAE Adherance to TCOC Prevention Prohibition Redressal of Sexual Harassment at Work Place Act etc
Communicates with employees through various communication channels such as Town Hall meetings Notice boards emails skiplevel meetings etc
Uses to effectively communicate Buzz for uploading various articles
Conducts various employment engagement Joy work activities to maintain an energised workforce and employee wellbeing
Follows up on any other Reward and recognition program as per practice at the hotel level
Assists the HR head in conducting due diligence before tieup with various NGOs
Liases with various NGOs to volunteer in various Paathya activities
Follows Tata Volunteering Weekmonth initiative
Adheres to Affirmative Action AA plan
Administration of various employeerelated facilities such as Staff Dining Staff Accommodation Lockers and restrooms and Employee transportation as per the laid down standards
To adhere to all the roles responsibilities related to safety as defined by the hotel from time to time
