Assistant HR managerThe Assistant HR Manager will work closely with the HR Manager to support various HR functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Employee Relations and Support: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.Foster positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and practices.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and keep abreast of changes in HR-related legislation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Employee Development and Engagement:
Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in collaboration with benefits providers and vendors. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to boost morale and motivation. Seek feedback from employees and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance expectations, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, and process improvements.Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
