• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5-6 years in a managerial role.

• Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.

• A pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in the wood industry is preferred.

• Responsibilities:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.

• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Lead and mentor the team, creating a positive and results-driven work environment that aligns with business goals..

• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Travel extensively to engage with clients, oversee projects, and pursue new business opportunities.
