Roles And Responsibilities

Preparation & presentation of all project-related presentations (PPT) to the concern. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process charts to document needs.

Strong knowledge of construction processes as per IS codes such as Method of Measurement, regulations.

Prepare program chart (Bar chart, CPM, PERT), update & close Snag Lists for all the work packages as per Specifications and Drawings.

To manage any change in the project scope, project schedule, and project costs along with rate analysis and appropriate verification techniques and to maintain strict quality control to avoid reworks.

Inventory, Inward Material verification, ensure conformance to specifications. Preparation of Indents, procurement plan, and Reconciliation of all materials. Reject in case of violations, etc.

Planning, and coordination for the execution of the project (PIU) as per the clients requirement (including Civil, Structural, Finishing, MEP & other Infra Works).

Planning includes Site team planning, resource mobilization, preparing daily work schedules in line with the Project duration (WBS), Vendor Management, Quality control, Deliveries, Billing and payment followup, etc.

Assist HO and regularly brief the team in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, and developing action plans to resolve pending issues.

Report the progress (DLR, DPR, and JMR) daily to Head Office.

To ensure the contractor, conduct a periodical test of materials and maintains the QC registers.

Coordinate with the other package contractors for the smooth coordination of works, and with Consultants for smooth flow of drawings & detail in time.

Should ensure the PMC and QC records/procedures shall be carried out at par with other eminent organizations.
