Job Description
Should have at least 10-15rs of experience with a track record of developing Comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.
Multiple store openings as per company expansion plan.
(10-12 stores per month).
Retail Sector Experience preferable.
Networking with Top Corporates, Real Estate intermediaries, Landowners, and local brokers for identifying business opportunities.
Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, etc.
Experience in identifying and exploring New Geographies and verticals for upcoming stores.
Experience in Client Management and client relationship.
Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments.
Analyses market trends and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Identify, analyze, pursue, and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Manage Marketing strategies for the growth of the business.
Build and maintain a high-performance culture through effective performance management, communication, and coaching of staff.
Collect competitor information (within the retail industry), and build & maintain rapport with agents
