Job Responsibilities:-- Responsible for the overall Floor operations, which includes but is not limited to maintaining updated record of daily, weekly and monthly revenue and expenses / administration operations of BFC.
Responsible to implement new policies and procedures by developing plans and instructing staff.- Ensure that all BFC operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provide necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the BFC operations.
- Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
Ensure that the Quality System continues to operation in line with:-
i. the specified policies and procedures.
ii. the requirements of ISO.
- Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up, and taking necessary action(s).
Review and continuously improve on existing BFC system and procedures.- Keep HQ departments, sites and branches abreast on all BFC policies and procedures implemented / updated / executed.
Develops and fosters good working relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Implement and execute all BFC policies / procedures and ensure compliance to the Companys operation standards.
Ensuring that BFC expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease the operational costs.- Coordinating with vendors and ordering supplies as and when needed.
Ensuring that BFC is clean and well-maintained including table arrangements are in order.
- Implementing a daily, weekly and monthly checklist to ensure proper follow up to attain maximum quality and efficiency.
Keeping and maintaining up-to-date standard recipe file for all food and beverage items.- Coordinating and supervising the preparation, presentation and service of food products.
To ensure the highest quality of services, food and beverages at all times.
- Carrying regular on the job training to ensure standard performance.
Assist to identify, set and implement BFC overall operation standards.- Constantly look into improvement of workflow, work efficiency, work quality and innovation. Focus on better and more effective methods.
Attend training as and when required by the Management. Also to train new recruits.
- Performs all other scope of works and / or responsibilities which can vary, time-to-time, as instructed by the Management.
In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.
