We are seeking skilled and motivated AFM to support the operation and maintenance of our critical systems including boiler, WTP, Heater. As an Assistant Facility Manage you will need to collaborate with Facility Manager to ensure smooth functioning, safety and efficiency of this vital reequipments, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation- Assist in daily operation and monitoring of the Boiler, water treatment plant, heater to ensure their efficient and uninterrupted performance.
- Maintenance Management-Coordinate and participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of boilers and allied equipment s adhering to guideline and safety standards.
- Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve potential issues, equipment malfunctions and other technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime.
- Safety Compliances-Implement and enforce all safety protocol and regulation. Conduct regular safety inspection, checks and risk assessment.
- Record Keeping-Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of equipment s maintenance, repairs and operational data for future references and compliance purpose.
- Spare part Inventory-Monitor and manages spares and consumable for boiler, WTP.
- Team collaboration-Work closely with technician to ensure seamless coordination of activities and harmonious working environment.
- Training and Development-Provide on job training to technician,
- Emergency Response- Be prepared to respond promptly to emergencies related to boiler, WTP and heater.
- Hands on experiences on VFD, motor problem solving abilities.
Requirements:
Education Qualification- BE Electrical / Instrumentation.
Experience Experience in operating and maintaining boilers, utilities.
- Technical Knowledge-Familiar with SCADA operation- E&I knowledge with respect TO SCADA, RTD, sensor, PLC, interlocks to resolve any electrical related issues. Hands on experiences on VFD, motor problem solving abilities. Able to read wiring diagram and knowledge about electrical switch gear, motor and starts,
- Safety Conscious- Knows about safety interlock, knowledge about electrical safety rules and regulations. Understand safety protocols for trouble free operation of utilities.
- Analytical Skill-Ability to analyse data, identify trend and make data driven decisions to improve equipment performance.
- Communication skill-Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to convey technical information effectively to team.
- Problem solving ability-Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Team Player- Capable of working collaboratively with team and external vendors to achieve common goals.
