XSIO^ Logistics Parks, currently has two world class Industrial Logistics Parks under development at Nagpur and three more Industrial Logistics Parks are proposed to be setup in other cities of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Facilities Manager at XSIO Logistics Parks, Park 1 at Nagpur.
The Assistant Facilities Manager shall be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, managing maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and assisting the Facilities Manager in various tasks to maintain a well-functioning logistics park.
Putting safety in your hands
First things first, your chief concern is to ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment to work in and visit. Part of the checklist you will run through are to plan regular customer feedback regarding the upkeep of the various Industrial Buildings, Park Infrastructure, STP, OWC and other Park Amenities and service and execute all preparations
needed for meetings, conferences with clients and VIP visits.
Likewise, the various Park Amenities & Services like Sports Arena, Organic Garden, Medical Centre, Social Cafe and Canteen, Facility Management Centre fall into your realm.
Being dedicated to great results You should be mobile and capable of working at Nagpur because you will perform daily check-ins around the Industrial Logistics Parka to ensure high standards.
Your input and ideas will be sought to help steer the team in directions that help make the facility perform at its best.
A typical day for you also involves contact with vendors
âreviewing their services and coordinating with them for the resolution of any service issues.
You shall be organising various events at the Logistics Park such as Sports events, Organic Gardening, Yoga Camps, Medical Check-up camps, Blood Donation Camps etc.
Having a background in Hospitality Industry shall be an added advantage!
You should be able to prepare SOP's for various vendors like STP management, Security Guard Company, OWC operations, Fire And plumbing check and maintenance SOP's etc.
