Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Resource Management: Coordinate with various teams to allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely project execution.
Execution Oversight: Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are executed according to established quality standards and procedures.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance project execution and delivery.
Health and Safety: Ensure that all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
