Designation: Assistant Engineer (I&C)
Reports To: Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager (I&C)
Department: Instrumentation & Control
Broad Responsibilities
To perform field related I&C jobs in accordance with standard operating procedures. Keep maintenance record and documentation up to date. Identify spare / consumable requirements and communicate to AM/DM for purchase requisitions.
Principle Responsibilities
- Ensure full Compliance of K Electric HSE system and policies.
- To execute and record preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems through SAP.
- To identify Material (spares, hardware, consumables, tools, etc) in relation to PR preparation.
- To collect data, understand and implement SAP system
- To suggest modifications pertaining to I&C and safety.
- Maintain good housekeeping of areas pertaining to I&C
- To implement safety measures / housekeeping while performing maintenance jobs.
- Maintaining discipline by ensuring punctually and observance of rules and Company Policies.
- Ensuring that any data report, information required by the Management is provided as soon as possible and, in the form, required by the department.
- Timely identification of consumables and necessary tools for safe and efficient job execution.
- Routine tools and calibrators audits.
- Any task assigned by Management pertaining to the functions of the department.
Qualification/Experience
- DAE in Instrumentation / Electronics.
