Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director at WTC Business & Industry Association in New Delhi. The Assistant Director will be responsible for articulating and sustaining views and concerns between the industry and government, as well as serving members from the Indian private and public corporate sectors and multinational companies. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with leading companies, business incubators, and other like-minded businesspeople, and contributing to the promotion of industry and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in policy advocacy, economic development, or trade promotion
• Knowledge of socio-economic development, CSR, and sustainability initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
