Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- SEO/SEM: Oversee and optimize the company's SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and high-quality content tailored to target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong ROI on all marketing activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools like Moz or Ahrefs).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
