We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive web traffic, and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results.
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content for digital platforms including blogs, social media posts, and newsletters.
Oversee the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
Perform keyword research to inform content and advertising strategies.
Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and automated campaigns.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing activities.
Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
Assist in managing the digital marketing budget.
Track expenditures and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
Work closely with internal teams including sales, product, and customer service to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
