We are looking for the Recruitment specialist to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Sterling Hospitals, Gurukul, Ahmedabad Zone, ensuring timely and quality hiring of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, and Support Staff).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Conduct workforce planning analysis to identify future staffing requirements and potential skill gaps.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including job postings on relevant job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Leverage campus recruitment programs to attract fresh talent.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Actively source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess their suitability for the role.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to efficiently manage the recruitment pipeline.
Interview Process and Selection:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and subject matter experts.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Participate in the decision-making process for candidate selection, ensuring a fair and objective evaluation.
Offer and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates, including salary negotiation and benefits discussion.
- Prepare and send offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including background checks, medical examinations, and document verification.
- Conduct orientation programs to familiarize new hires with the company culture, policies, and procedures.
Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent.
Performance Management:
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Regularly report on recruitment activities and performance to the HR Manager.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate (Any) from reputed university/Educational Institute.
- Experience in recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Certification in HR or recruitment.
- Experience in conducting campus recruitments and managing talent pools.
