Create telematics high level use cases and process flows for root-cause analysis of typical cases.
Job Responsibility :-
Identify bugs and suggest potential counter-measures in e2e (end to end) connected systems.
Coordination with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedback.
Fta approach for solving complex market issues.
Competitor process / design bench marking.
Diagnose and resolve customer complaints.

Technical/Functional:-
Good understanding on software architecture and interface.
Profound knowledge on vehicle communication protocols including can and lin.
Strong knowledge of iot communication protocols https, mqtt, tcp/ip
Well versed in qc tools, doe, six sigma
Analytical skills and logical approach towards problem solving
Hands on experience in resolving complex market problems and able to concisely explain and present to related stake holders and management.
Strong execution, orientation and problem-solving approach
Specific expertise for functional Area :-
Experience of working in cloud environment (aws, google, azure, ibm, oracle)
