We are Allianz Partners which is a subsidiary of Allianz Global - with our head office based in Munich Germany. We have over 150k employees worldwide and our business is insurance
We are known for selling insurance and globally we specialise in general, health, motor, roadside assistance etc but locally in NZ our focus is on travel, Corporate, International Students, Pet Insurance, and E-bike.
80% of our business is Travel insurance and we are known as the biggest travel insurance provider in NZ, with partners such as Helloworld, AA, Singapore Airlines and Tower.
The role we are looking for is for a Customer Care Consultant. It is a telephone and email-based role. It's a busy and fast-paced role.
On an average the team collectively take about 800 calls per day.
In between calls the team are also working through emails in our Customer Service inboxes
We work in a very regulated environment and have rules and processes to follow.
What we are looking for is someone who is a team player, friendly, helpful, can listen and understand the customers needs as well as displays empathy. The ideal candidate can think outside the box to problem solve. This is fast paced role, we are needing someone with strong administration skills and can work to a pace with great attention to detail
