Job Description

Role Overview

As part of the Operational Support Team, you would provide expert guidance in resolving system issues for users while delivering modifications and enhancements to the Oracle PPM functionality. Your role would involve close collaboration with the Regional Businesses and Project Team to prioritize work, ensuring timely resolution to critical issues and enhancements while adhering to the Global system template. Additionally, you would adhere to and enforce process controls to maintain system stability, performance, and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global PPM and Finance teams to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Act as level 3 support for resolving complex issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution to issues or requested enhancements, coordinating with our managed service provider and supporting escalations.
  • Validate requested changes against the Global system template.
  • Partner with the development, integration, and testing teams to deliver quality and timely results.
  • Coordinate with other functional teams to address cross-functional impacts.
  • Provide recommendations on system configuration to align with business goals.
  • Assist with documentation and user education.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years related experience with Oracle ERP Modules and Client System applications; Fusion experience preferred
  • Certifications, degree or equivalent in Finance, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications and PaaS technologies.
  • Experience in AEC industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and functional judgment
  • Ability to troubleshoot data conversions, integrations, and software application problems.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a Team and working Individually.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and solving process issues, with the ability to provide alternative solutions.
  • Skilled in solving complex problems and influencing others to gain support for improvements.
  • Comfortable challenging ideas and solutions to explore alternative options.
