We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Company Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and legal tasks of the company, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and keeping accurate records of company meetings and decisions.
The scope of work includes
- Compliance under Companies Act 2013 the rules thereunder
- FEMA compliance as applicable to the clients
- Timely filing of various forms
- Co-coordinating the Board cum Shareholders Meetings
- Visit to clients office for proper maintenance of secretarial records as required under the Act
- Maintaining the confidentiality of clients activities
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Handle any other administrative tasks as required by senior management
- Good communication skills
- Good writing skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- Knowledge of corporate governance, legal compliance, and company law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
