Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting the club manager in overseeing daily operations and management of the club. Supporting the development and implementation of club policies and procedures.
Managing and supervising club staff in the absence of the club manager.
Assisting in setting sales targets and revenue goals for the club.
Handling customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolving issues.
Assisting in planning and organizing club events and promotions.
Assisting in budgeting and financial management of the club.
Assisting in implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
Coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure the facility is well-maintained.
Keeping updated with industry trends and developments.
Skill sets:
