Job Description

Chateraise Premium YATSUDOKI is looking for Assistant Pastry Chef* (Patisserie)

Decorate and bake pastries using different icings, toppings - ensure the presentation is consistent and beautiful
Ensure all cake case and bake case are fully stocked at all times
maintain standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation, scheduling and decoration
Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Perform day-to-day kitchen activities efficiently
Assist in shop operation duties such as cashiering, customer service, topping up etc
Opening and closing of outlet
Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
Minimum 1 year experience in related field
Passion for pastries with exceptional service standards and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
Positive attitude, responsible and willingness to work as part of a team
Willing to learn and is teachable
Have the initiative to solve problems and raise awareness to any future and possible issues with the workplace, colleagues or work flow
5 days work week, 44hours/day, shift work up to 10.30pm, including weekends and PH
Work location: Millenia Walk
Local or PR Only (No work Quota)
