CDGL also operates a network of 280+ refreshment kiosks offering affordable food and beverages for on-the-go customers under the Coffee Day Xpress brand name.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and track competitors to identify opportunities.
- Analyze internal sales data, secondary data, and conduct frequent caf visits to develop insights on market, brand, and competitor performance.
- Plan marketing calendar to support strategic vision and execute tactical campaigns.
Team Collaboration and Insights:
- Interact with Operations and F&B teams to understand business requirements and build brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, F&B and Merchandise for customer insights and brand operations.
Consistency and Creativity:
- Ensure consistency in product experience and provide input on creative collaterals and on-ground activities.
- Develop communication and point-of-sale strategies in coordination with sales teams.
- Oversee production of marketing materials, including print ads, email campaigns, and merchandise design briefs.
- Coordinate development of communication materials with external stakeholders.
Digital Marketing and Brand Perception:
- Utilize digital and social media assets to drive positive consumer behaviors.
- Collaborate with agencies, content creators and influencers to build positive brand perception.
Partnerships and Activation:
- Form alliances and collaborations with third parties for consumer engagement and activation.
Experience:
1-4 Years of relevant experience in Marketing/Brand Marketing.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters in Marketing Management/Brand Communication/Communication Management.
- Hands-on experience in Brand Management / Activation
- Ability to glean consumer insights and apply the same towards stated marketing objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to run a network
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an Advertising Agency or Brand Marketing (FMCG/F&B/AlcoBev/Retail).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Brand Communication/Marketing/Client Servicing/Planning.
