Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading brand communication strategies, planning campaigns, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients to enhance their online visibility and brand reputation.
Brand Vision & Identity: Define, refine, and evolve GTF's brand strategy ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy, enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Content Direction:
Guide the content team in aligning with the brand voice, ensuring all materials echo the brand's ethos and values.Community Engagement:
Engage with our community and use their feedback to refine and optimize our branding initiatives.Analysis & Insights: Monitor brand performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies based on analytics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to create impactful campaigns and branding materials.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and competitive.
