Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as an Assistant at Believers. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communication. You will also assist in preparing materials for training programs, coordinating with trainers and participants, and providing general support to the team.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus
- Knowledge of training programs and industry trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
