Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Badminton Coach at Maidan Sports in Trivandrum. The Assistant Badminton Coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in training sessions, organizing practice drills, providing feedback to players, and supporting the overall development of badminton players.

Qualifications

• Experience in badminton coaching or playing
• Knowledge of badminton techniques and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for promoting sports and wellness
• Certification in coaching or relevant field is a plus
• First aid and CPR certification
• Physical fitness and agility
