Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Logistics / Assistant Export executive at Apan Imex Private Limited in Ahmedabad. The Assistant executive will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, which may include administrative support, record-keeping, organizing and managing files, coordinating with customers , suppliers and different departments, and assisting with other general office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree must , Masters preferred
