Educational Qualification:
- B.Com. / M.Com. from recognized university with minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
Professional work experience:
Relevant experience of at least Five (05) years preferably in a large educational institute / Trust.
Job Description:
- Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Helping to create and manage budgets, and preparing financial forecasts based on past performance and trends.
- Auditing: Assisting in internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Tax Preparation: Assisting in preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Software and Systems: Using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain financial records and generate reports.
- Financial Analysis: Conducting basic financial analysis to help identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas of improvement.
- Communication: Communicating with other departments, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters.
