Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Manager at ZEAL TRADELINKS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, providing support to the Account Manager, assisting with order processing and invoicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Account Manager will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in account management or customer service is a plus
