About Geniuslane

We deliver Early Intervention for Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Dyslexia, Intellectual Disability, and others accessible to those who need it.

By pairing Pediatricians and Psychologists with innovative technology, we have completed our pilot project delivering the Early Intervention in 2018. We serve children from across India and have reduced medication in 90% of children in outpatient settings.

Digitally delivered early intervention increased compliance (73.41% of patients coming for one year or more), and Early Years Foundation Skills in children. It provides a low-cost, high-efficacy digital platform to address parental anxiety and improve children's EYFS.

Our vision is to provide early intervention near home to all children. We plan to open one hundred Geniuslane Early Intervention Centers by 2025. This model is also spreading internationally by providing services in the United Kingdom from 2022.

1) Good oral communication

2) Email and app skills

3) Psychology BA & MA

4) Organization skills

5) Good Interpersonal skills

Desirable

1. Communication with parents and children experience

2. Working with children with Neurodisability is preferred but not mandatory

2 Experience in working on software (CRM)

Personality Attributes / Traits:

1. Should live near to the center

2. Should be looking for a long term job

3. Should enjoy working and playing with children and not be motivated by money only.

Communications skills:

Calm person, Good listening and good escalation skills

IT skills:

1.Typing and able to do word, excel and presentation

2. experience of management software- any CRM, Google meet, Google Doc and Excel and PPT

Fixed Casual leave 1 day per month plus National holidays.

Extra leave can be taken in discussion with colleague so service is not affected
