ASSETS AND MATERIAL CONTROL MANAGER

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, professional certificated of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of [5 to 10] years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related area within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction asset management software and inventory management systems.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including suppliers, site personnel, and management.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and construction management software.

Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety standards.
