Client Analyst Role (India) Job Description & Responsibilities
Client Analysts provide integral administrative and operational support to Executive Wealth Advisor teams with a strong focus on client data management, document archiving and tracking, and tax season operations. As an extension of the Advisor team, Client Analysts in our India office will interface regularly with our US-based Client Analysts to ensure ongoing communication and collaboration, leading to high quality deliverables and a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of client demographic and employer information across multiple systems and platforms
- Prepare Client Information Forms to reflect client demographic and employer changes, and submit to Docusign team for processing
- Track and monitor client Quality requirements and escalate outstanding quality items to Advisor team
- Assist Advisor team in monitoring client contract management, billing, and aged invoices.
- Track and maintain client co-sourcing authorization status, including preparing new consent forms and submitting to Docusign team
- Track and maintain client Foreign Reporting Questionnaire status, including preparing new questionnaires and submitting to Docusign team
- Prepare tax organizers for teams to send to clients
- Archive electronic client tax data to Netdocs and prepare for submission to data-entry team.
- Complete tax return final logical review checklist and prepare finalized tax returns for electronic delivery to clients.
- Prepare client e-filing authorization forms and submit to Docusign team for processing.
- Prepare estimated tax payment and extension vouchers
- Work with e-filing team once completed to archive completed tax information into Netdocs.
- Process expense reports and travel billing allocations
- Document archiving, including filing electronic client financial statements, correspondence and tax data
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree of Finance, Economics, Business or Commerce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, tools and utilities for business use, acquaintance to Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Client service experience preferred.
