Formative Search is partnering with a leading renewable energy company to assist in driving its business strategy and managing its finance aspects. To expand its team, they are looking for an Asset Manager in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the company's business in India through the partnership.
- Facilitate communication by attending regular meetings.
- Monitor the financial and financing situations of the business.
- Ensure regular budget and business plan follow-up and track the company's financing situation.
- Prepare board meetings and provide recommendations through internal analysis.
- Ensure to stay updated with the regulations and HSE standards.
- Evaluate key development projects and contracts for the company, prepare proposals for approval and coordinate inputs from internal parties.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in other energy sectors.
- Assist in defining the development strategy for multi-energy projects.
- Provide intelligence and market reports on the Indian gas market, including regulation, competition and taxes.
- Deliver financial and economic analysis to support the department.
- Manage the relationship of the partnership.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or university.
- Over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, focusing on gas business and economic modelling. M&A experience is a plus.
- Multidisciplinary knowledge, eagerness to learn, flexibility, adaptability, and strong team collaboration abilities.
