Your role:
- Verify and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Support the procurement process for IT assets, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts and service level agreements, and evaluation of supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement details, warranties, licenses, maintenance agreements, and disposal records.
- Conduct regular audits and inventory assessments to verify the accuracy and completeness of IT asset records, identify discrepancies, and address any issues promptly.
- Iteratively verify and maintain a centralized repository for storing and tracking IT assets, utilizing asset management software or other tools as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to forecast future IT asset requirements and develop strategic plans for asset lifecycle management.
- Share relevant knowledge with colleagues regarding IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to IT asset management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key IT asset management metrics, trends, and initiatives.
What you should bring along:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, licensing agreements, and vendor management principles.
- Proficiency in using IT asset management tools and software, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- ITIL certification

- Has proven experience within our core tech stack in both programming languages and infrastructure
- Understands agile workflows and lean principles
- Proactive peer and helps the growth of their team
- Curious, constant learner and shares learnings with others
- Communicates well in written and verbal English.
