3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or Hardware asset management
Experience in SAM tools: FNMS, SCCM, SAM Pro etc; HAM: ServiceNow HAM Pro, AMDB etc
Publisher licensing knowledge- Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle or Tier-2 vendors.
Software licensing knowledge- Ability to analyze license contract, License metric, license types, license optimizations, cost savings.
ITAM Developer
- Experience with ITAM platforms: ServiceNow, Flexera as Developer
