Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain usage reports.
- Feedback calling the users who are not using the service, based on the data in usage report. Maintain the feedback calling report and provide insights to further development and improvements in hardware based on data and interaction with the customers.
- Support - Coordinate with the support to arrange for virtual or physical visit to ensure resolution.
- Replacements - Check for warranty and provide replacement in case of device failure. Check for the on-time dispatch of replacements. In case warranty is void, communicate the charges with the customer.
- Renewals - Check and coordinate with customers for renewals and be his POC for service renewal supporting the renewal team for hardware renewals.
- Installation - Communicate with customer and support team when there's delay in installation to expedite the process.
Qualification and Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills (Both Verbal and Non Verbal)
- Knowledge of excel.
- Preferably having a background of Customer support or Integration.
