Education : Any Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience : 2+ Years(Relevant Exp)

Key Skills required:

• The lifecycle of IT assets within an organization, deployment, utilization, tracking,

maintenance, and disposal.

• IT asset management (Track IT assets for New Users & Exit employees, Scrap IT assets) HO &

Store

• Their primary responsibilities include managing inventory databases, tracking hardware and

software assets, and ensuring compliance with licensing

• Work closely with IT procurement teams to ensure timely resolution of IT asset-related

issues and maintain accurate records of assets locations

• Requesting IT Asset Code from Finance Fixed Asset Team

• Once Received Fixes Asset Code move ahead with Procurement

• Asset Delivery confirmation to IT Asset Coordinator and share the PO and Vendor detail

(Template Shared)

• IT Asset Coordinator to verify BOM in PO and delivered material

• IT Asset Coordinator to gather asset details from Vendor\Store Manager (Sr. No.

Make\Model Etc.) - Use AIBorne

• IT Asset Coordinator to map the asset detail to FAR Asset Code

• Printing Asset Tags (Label) and Map to FAR Asset Code

• Courier Asset Tags to Store

• Inform Store Manager of Mapping of Assets and Assets Tag Labels.

• Request Store Manager to share PIC of assets with Asset Tag Visible

• Asset mapping request to be sent to Finance Fixed Asset Team (Template shared)

• Update the IT Asset Inventory, ETC
