Job Title: Language Assessor / V&A Trainer
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Transport: 2-way cab facility provided
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Language Assessor / V&A Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Language Assessor or Voice & Accent (V&A) Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct language assessments for candidates based on communication skills, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Design and deliver training modules focused on voice and accent, communication, and language improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to individuals and teams to enhance their language proficiency.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and recommend further training where necessary.
- Collaborate with the training and operations teams to align language standards with company requirements.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Language Assessor or V&A Trainer.
- Strong understanding of language assessment techniques and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational offs.
- Familiarity with corporate training environments is a plus.

Pay: 600,000.00 - 900,000.00 per year
