Requisite Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering / B Tech. / DME
Requisite Experience

- 8 to 9 years of experience of manufacturing industry with exposure to SAP Production module
Preferred
- 5 to 7 years experience in assembly shop
- Experience of leading small group activities to drive implementation ideas
Technical Skills:
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Exercise considerable initiative/judgement in work methods and in interpreting and delegating work requirements/goals
- Knowledge of 5S, TPM, QC tools
- Work independently, reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision
- Good verbal written communication skills
