We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Laying Engineer/Civil Engineer to join our team in Romania, Europe. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of asphalt roads and other civil engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of asphalt roads and other civil engineering projects
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Manage project resources, including equipment and personnel
• Prepare and review project reports, including progress reports and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Experience in asphalt laying and other civil engineering projects
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Fluency in English
