The Role: ASM/RSM- Business Loan
Location: Mumbai
Handling complete processing of all Business/SME/Unsecured Loans
Co-ordinate with our clients and bank officials to process and log-in Business/SME/Unsecured Loans applications of our clients from India and Abroad from end to end.
Compiling client side documents as per bank requirements, liaising with local customers / authorities wherever necessary and interacting with banks until closure of cases.
Help in developing business by constantly adding new clients to our system via referrals and your own sources/network. Sourcing DSAs/Channel partners and market intelligence
Sales call planning Analysis of territory opportunities, strategies for effective territory coverage, customer research, and identifying, prospecting and classifying customer on the basis of socio economic and cultural factors, dealing with diverse customer profiles.
Coordinate, monitor and review the sales efforts and Achieving sales targets as per budget.
Preparing reports related to region functioning and its performance.
Cross- Selling various financial products.
Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on the performance
The Ideal Candidate
Extensive and deep experience in managing sales efforts for a Bank/ top NBFC in business loan
Extensive network with DSAs in the region
Consistently achieving sales targets and top performers in the existing organisations would be preferred
Team management experience is must
High on integrity and ethics
Team building experience will be preferred
At least 5-7 year experience in Business loans
Prior Business/SME/Unsecured Loans experience from DSA channel is a must.
Excellent knowledge on the products and local markets
Good communication and written skills
Strong process oriented skills and a high degree of solution orientation and perseverance
Excellent communication Skills
A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
