Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASM to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. This role will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the Punjab & Himachal Pradesh region specifically for the Chemical / Paint industry. As an ASM, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales goals and objectives in the assigned region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key decision-makers in the Chemical / Paint industry
- Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards sales targets
- Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an ASM or similar role in the Chemical / Paint industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent knowledge of the Punjab & Himachal Pradesh market and the Chemical / Paint industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
