About the Department
People and Organisation (P&O) function designs strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting and Analytics. Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) is a department within P&O situated in GBS Bangalore. The core activity and responsibility of GBS-PO is to support the global P&O to achieve its strategies.
The Position
As an askHR Knowledge Partner, the key responsibilities will be to:
Drive article initiatives with the local knowledge organisation. Handle day to day tasks in the portal - reviewing and approving content, monitoring use of articles and act on feedback. Drive communication initiatives - in collaboration with the RSC and global knowledge manager to ensure that seasonal news and call-to-actions for users are visible and easy to find on main pages of askHR. Be the training partner for the RSC team. to train the existing team with any updates, refresher and to train any new joiners joining the RSC team.
Be proactive in communicating with other Knowledge Managers - to ensure alignment of the local articles to the global articles so that we do not duplicate any content. Identify solutions to resolve employee inquires and effectively communicate complex and difficult information/process to stakeholders so they can understand the issue and resolution.
Ensure effective planning - Ensure effective planning, engagement, and execution of the review process of content. Quality check of content and support writing and ensure stakeholder engagement - Secure agreed direction for improving the knowledge base and support liaising with key stakeholders to ensure effective build-up of information. Ensure competence development - for the network to continuously strengthen the ability to write, review and maintain articles.
Master the Knowledge management module backend in ServiceNow and act as super user. Responsible for providing consistent, high-quality Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR support to all employees, managers, and internal HR users via chat, call, cases (HR functions including compensation & benefit, employee life cycle, talent acquisition, talent management and other HR functions).
Identify solutions to resolve employee inquires and effectively communicate complex and difficult information/process to stakeholders so they can understand the issue and resolution. Act as the first level point of escalation.
Dashboard management and report preparation. Partner with CoE, HRBP and other HR Teams to understand all existing and new policies and processes.
To provide professional HR support to stakeholders and implement the new services when requirement raised by CoE, HRBP and other HR functions.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in HR or Information management.
7 years of HR experience with good understanding of HR functions.
Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders.
Good writing skills and know what works in digital communication.
Experience delivering content for digital solutions.
Excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking.
