You Are:
You are a highly experienced and talented ASIC Digital Design Engineer with a passion for innovation and excellence. With over 10 years of relevant experience, you possess a strong understanding of the ASIC digital design flow and have a proven track record of successful project leadership and cross-team collaboration. Your expertise in Verilog RTL design, timing constraints development, high-speed serial interface protocols, and DFT & Silicon debug sets you apart as a leader in your field. You have excellent debugging skills and are adept at mentoring and guiding teams to achieve their best. Your ability to propose and implement design updates based on customer requirements and system performance improvements is unmatched. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that drive technological advancements.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive and mentor digital design for High-speed serial Interface PHY IPs & Test chips for USBx, PCIex, Ethernet, Display & HDMI protocol standards.
- Propose micro-architecture of design/design updates based on customer requirements, analog requirements, system performance improvements, Link layer interface changes, or overall robustness of design.
- Implement and lead RTL design in Verilog and collaborate with teams to ensure design Spyglass CDC/RDC/Lint clean analysis and review all aspects.
- Work closely with verification leads for verification coverage, debug, and corner cases.
- Develop timing constraints, DFT insertion, Test coverage, and close timing with Physical Design teams.
- Support validation and characterization during Silicon debugs/FPGA-based prototyping.
- Lead customer interactions, cross-team collaborations, and represent across councils for regular updates and debug sessions.

What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in digital FE design.
- Strong proficiency in Verilog RTL design and interface with analog designs & verification.
- Expertise in timing constraints development, synthesis flow, and CDC/RDC.
- Experience in design flow automation and high-speed serial interface protocol and system deployment.
- Proficiency in DFT & Silicon debug.
- Excellent debugging skills and experience leading projects and mentoring teams.
