TIWN.org is the first gender empowerment network dedicated primarily to Impact Women Or to put it another way our goal is to create a future where members no long have to choose between Impact and career/business success.

We support our members through a large global network which cultivated a wide range of experts, empowering members to maximize their Impact personally and as a collective group. Summits, Retreats, local chapters, online global community, online events, and a 5 tiered layer of coaching support all are designed to put every resource they need to be Impactful at their fingertips. And we show them how to pay it forward through mentorship and impacting their organization, as well as supporting other Impactful members.

The Asia Chairperson is a volunteer role which is extremely challenging, helping to address challenges across a vast array of cultures, and it is time consuming, requiring enormous perseverance to overcome institutional challenges and myriad distractions potential members face in finding us.

The minimum time commitment is 7-10 hours per week but the ideal candidate would have even more, and also ideally would be free of financial constraints, at least in the short term. There is potential for some income from the revenue sharing plans for our Summits and Retreats, but no salary.

The ideal candidate has:

• A global network spanning many sectors
• Time and financial freedom to build something truly Impactful
• An agile mind and thirst for challenges.
• An empathetic nature and patience for overcoming obstacles.
• A TRULY BURNING DESIRE TO MAXIMIZE THEIR OWN PERSONAL IMPACT IN THIS LIFETIME AND BEYOND.
