This is a part-time remote role for an Artist and Repertoire professional. As an Artist and Repertoire representative, you will be responsible for scouting and identifying talented artists, managing artist relationships, and coordinating the artistic and creative development of our music portfolio. Your role will involve staying updated on the latest music trends and industry developments, and collaborating with artists, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful release of high-quality music.

• Strong passion for music, with extensive knowledge of different music genres and the music industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with artists and industry professionals
• Ability to identify and evaluate new talent and potential market opportunities
• Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used in music production, distribution, and marketing
• Understanding of legal and contractual aspects related to artist management and music licensing
• Creative mindset with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to artists
• Experience working in the music industry, preferably in artist management or A&R
• Bachelor's degree in Music, Business, or a related field is preferred
