As a Data Scientist at Attri, you'll

• Work on impactful, large-scale machine learning challenges.
• Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms for real-time data processing.
• Solve various machine learning tasks like prediction models, clustering, optimization, and outlier detection.
• Have hands-on experience working with LLM model fine-tuning, consuming APIs of OpenAI, ClaudeAI, etc
• Develop fast and scalable solutions with optimal performance.
• Play a crucial role in the full product development lifecycle, owning research to production.
• Evaluate and validate analyses using statistical methods, presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python
• Extensive experience in end-to-end development of data science products.
• General understanding of Foundation Models.
• Hands-on experience in applying LLM models for designing applications.
• Proficiency in tools that integrate with LLM models.
• Intermediate experience with Python API framework (flask, django, etc).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Design Thinking and human-centered problem-solving.
• Knowledge in large-scale optimization.
• [Good To Have] Experience with distributed and cloud-based systems (Azure, AWS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
