As a CA Articled Assistant at Shetty & Bhat, you will be an integral part of our team and will receive practical training and exposure to various aspects of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services
- You will work under the supervision of senior Chartered Accountants and contribute to the success of our clients and the firm
1. Audit and Assurance:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of audits for a diverse range of clients.
- Conducting substantive testing, internal control evaluations, and compliance assessments.
- Preparing audit working papers and assisting in the drafting of audit reports.
2. Taxation:
- Assisting in tax compliance, including preparation and filing of income tax returns.
- Researching and staying updated on tax laws and regulations.
- Preparing tax calculations and assisting in tax planning for clients.
3. Accounting and Financial Advisory:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Conducting financial analysis and assisting in budgeting and forecasting.
- Providing support in financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of financial transactions and documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation required for regulatory compliance.
5. Professional Development:
- Actively participating in training sessions and continuing education programs.
- Preparing for and appearing in the CA final examinations as part of the articulation program.
